This time we are all going to paint alongside Vincent Van Gogh's doppleganger Walter deForest, the renowned NY based artist who will talk about Vincent's life in an instructive and entertaining way whilst producing with us watercolour portraits and landscapes for all attendees to keep.
Walter DeForest gives the audience a chance to have an intimate moment with Vincent van Gogh, experiencing the passion, humour, and heart of a great artist. This intriguing interactive portrait play is written and performed by DeForest and it is based on scores of letters between Vincent and his brother Theo, and a short memoir written by Adeline Ravoux, which details Van Gogh’s stay in Auvers-sur-Oise. DeForest, who has a striking physical resemblance to VanGogh, tells Vincent’s side all whilst drawing portraits and conversing with the audience of all ages.
Walter has been presenting this show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the New York Museum of Modern Art and has scored 100% 5 stars Tripadvisor reviews.
We will be publishing soon more details of our yummy menu, which always has vegan and vegetarian alternatives.
We hope to see you at Draper Hall: help us spread the word, tell all your friends!.
